To simplify the process of gathering based aircraft tail numbers, we have added a page to the website for airport tenants to input their aircraft information. Simply click on the tab labeled "Based Aircraft Form" at the top of the page and fill out the form. We will then take the information and input it into the FAA's secure database. A notice will be sent out to the tenants with next month's billing.
Gate 10 (West Side Gate) will be closed from 10/24-10/29 for paving operations. Please use alternate gates and be vigilant about watching for planes when driving across the main ramp. Remember to always give way to aircraft.Over the next 30 days crews will be coating all of the airport owned t-hangars. The coating will provide extra life to the roof of the hangars as well as help to waterproof them. New gutters will also be installed at the same time. If you need access to your hangar while crews are on the building, please coordinate with the crew directly or with airport staff at 970-336-3002. They will be able to cease operations while you get your plane out.

The west hangar complex rehabilitation project is coming along! Paving in phases D and C is wrapping up, and demolition in phases E and B is underway. Pending no weather delays, phases E and B will take about 3 weeks to complete. In that time gate 10 will be shut down. Access to the west side of the airfield will be available through gate 6 by the terminal. Hangar tenants located to the south of phase B will have vehicle access through the single vehicle swing gate which has a combination lock on it. Tenants wishing to gain access through that gate can call Cooper Anderson at 970-397-8852 for the combination. Tenants in the south area will still be able to get aircraft in and out through a temporary aircraft gate. Please call airport administration ahead of time to use the gate. Again, we thank you for your patience and hope you enjoy the end result!
The West Hangar Rehabilitation Project will begin Monday July 18th, 2016 starting with phase D. The project will provide full depth removal of pavement and base material, and rehabilitated with new base material and pavement. The project is broken into five phases taking from 10 to 15 calendar days per phase. The final sixth phase will consist of painting the pavement markings, and will last only 2 calendar days. We hope that everyone will enjoy the new pavement once it is completed! We will be contacting affected hangar tenants ahead of each phase. Please call airport administration with any questions or concerns.
